Welcome to my profile,
My name is Mark Claxton and I have studied Martial Arts for over 8 years now, mastering in Kung Fu, CFA. Along with this I have also studied Aikido, Kick Boxing, and Wing Chun. I have even studied and assisted teaching Tai Chi with Master Colin Smith.
I have taught both Martial Arts as well as Self Defence to a wide variety of individuals, young and old. I have helped deliver courses for the Havering Adult College, teaching Family Self Defence, Womens Self Defence, and Mothers and Daughters Self Defence.
I have had a CRB check which can be viewed upon request and I am also a qualified First Aider.
