Hello, I am a fully qualified, REPs registered, insured personal trainer, trained in working with all people from age 16 plus. However, I am additionally qualified in working with older adults which is something I particularly love. Working with every individual is a pleasure as it is very gratifying to help people realise their potential, achieve their goals and improve their general quality of life. I have been working in the fitness industry since the 90s and love the constant buzz and energy within it. Some fads come and go but some things never change, mainly our desire to be fitter, better and stronger, look good and feel good. I very much look forward to working with you, whoever you are and wherever you are on the fitness spectrum. My sessions will always be tailored around my client's needs and preferences.
