Little bit about me, I have over 20 years experience in rugby. I learnt my trade at Bath RUFC(Premiership side), where I spent 7 years becoming a semi pro player in the seniors. I have also spent a year in Canada, Australia and South Africa all for rugby. But also worked for Virgin Active in South Africa, along side playing rugby. Having also spent two years at Nuffield Health being a well being Personal Trainer, adding more strings to my bow. In helping to reduce your cholesterol and blood pressure while aiding in nutrtional advice, also core strength and stability. While I aim to do training outside come rain or shine, I am also prepared and will be happy to write up a fitness programme tailored for you to do in your own gym. I have now been working for boot camp company called Parkfit, which is a great way to work in groups and enjoy the training while reaping the benefits all at the same time. I know have the use of a gym in Cambridge, a purpose built gym for PT training and the price for an hr session there is £45

I'm REPS level 3 Personal Trainer, but kettlebells and suspension training instructor both great as functional training for every day use in life

Tony is the best trainer I have ever meet. He is highly experienced and knows what he needs to do very well. I truly recommend him 100%.

I first knew Tony from rugby, tho never knew he was a PT till saw his Facebook PT page. And wasted no time in asking him to be my PT, over the next 6 weeks. And from my 1st session, I knew it was the best thing I have done to improve my fitness and strength for rugby. What stands Tony out from other PT's is, that each session is different but he replicates what I do on the rugby field. From short sharp sprints, to getting up off the ground after a tackle or lifting in a lineout. He has also designed a weights programme for me to do at home, as I have weights and bench etc at home. All I will say is, Tony will listen and ask you questions and then the sessions will be designed around your goals. Lewis, Cambridge
