Over some 33 years in the fitness industry, I have accumulated a vast practical and intellectual knowledge in every aspect of physical training; working alongside complete beginners all the way up to advanced athletes. It is in this knowledge that you can be assured I will be able to tailor training and exercise regimes to your specific goals and requirements. My insatiable appetite for achieving results stems from my own weight loss, having once weighed in at 19st 10lb, it is my mission to inspire and instill drive and motivation in all those I teach.
