What is insanity? A revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training.

MAX Interval Training allows a person to beat the stress adaptation response, which normally happens when your body gets used to exercising at one level of exertion. The result of this is halting your progress on your fitness improvement journey.

By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.

INSANITY looks at: Endurance & Plyometrics, Strength & Balance,

Agility & Coordination and ABS & Core.

Working Times

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts. Because INSANITY turns old-school intervaltraining on its head.

If you've ever been to a Spin class, you know how that works. You motor along at a moderate pace for awhile – then all atonce, you kick up your speed and heart rate – just for aminute or so. After that, it's back to a lower gear, giving youplenty of time to catch your breath.

But with INSANITY, you do exactly the opposite. You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits..
