Hi, I work with anyone who wants to lose weight and tone up to get their dream beach body. I specialise in long term body transformation, and everything you do with me will be geared towards that.
I offer a FREE starter session which will provide you with a comprehensive diet and exercise plan, and will give you the opportunity to see if you would like to work with me in the future.
Coaching with me includes a very strong nutrition package, along side the physical training, as well as regular coaching via Skype audio calls to discuss mindset, strategies, diet, progress and so on.
